What helps our Coffee Taste so good?

The unique one-way valve allows freshly roasted beans & ground coffee to be packed whilst still warm from the roasting process. By allowing the gases (CO2) to escape from the bag, the one-way valve permits the roaster to almost immediately pack the freshly roasted coffee. As an important added benefit, the gases escaping from the bag through the valve, do not allow harmful oxygen (O2) into the bag. Try the squeeze test, squeeze the bag and get a waft of that great roasted coffee smell and notice how the bag shrinks. As you would expect our coffee beans use the one-way valve. So you can be assured of the freshest tasting coffee possible.
